I recently heard September called “the new January” and I like it. It feels right. September is a fresh start, with cooler weather on the way, school starting back up for families like mine and Matt’s, and more predictable schedules. I am all in for the reset that comes with September.

Normally at this time, we would be pushing hard toward WEFTEC – less than a month away! I’m afraid my enthusiasm is somewhat tempered, but just barely, not knowing what this show will bring with COVID restrictions and declining attendance. Chrissy and I will be there for sure – meeting with editors, clients and making new friends. if you’d like to schedule time to learn about how BBCG can share your good water news, or just to catch up, we would love to see you.

Firmly in the good water news category, I am delighted to introduce BBCG’s latest addition, Tori Andrews, PR manager! If you’ve had the pleasure, you know that Tori is a joy to work with, adding 10 years of industry experience to our team. She’s already started helping clients like Syrinix launch new products and get in front of the press to tell their stories and share their good news. You can ask Tori about PR opportunities or just welcome her to the water family here.

We’ve also added new creatives to our network to support the growing team – specialists in social media, writing and graphic design. We are humbled and thrilled that we need the extra help to be sure our newest clients are receiving the same excellent, personal attention that all our clients expect, even as we continue to grow. One of the new clients we’re really excited about partnering with is JMS. You know them as a long-time, family-run American manufacturer of treatment and handling systems. We are getting to know the team as a global innovator with a deep commitment to their people and communities. You can follow them on LinkedIn to learn more about The JMS Way and the foundations that have been built over the past 50 years.

If you’re planning a trip to Chicago for WEFTEC, don’t be shy! We can’t wait to get out of our offices in Philadelphia and back into the world to re-connect – from a distance, masked, and vaccinated, of course – with water colleagues, old and new.

Wishing you a healthy and safe September re-set,
